African issues should be settled in African ways by Africa : Chinese UN envoy

China always supports settlement of African issues in African ways by Africa, said Li Baodong, Chinese permanent representative to the United Nations in the United Nations on Monday after China abstained from the vote on the draft resolution tightening sanctions on Eritrea.
