[The Point] The Resilience of Organizations for Transformative Smallholder Agriculture Project (ROOTS) has officially handed over the Pacharr Tidal Irrigation Scheme Rehabilitation Site to Long Jian Road and Bridge Company Limited, as part of The Gambia's drive towards rice self-sufficiency.
