The Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) has warned livestock farmers in Kabale District that failure to comply with the new compulsory Foot and Mouth Disease vaccination programme could result in prosecution, livestock movement restrictions and exclusion from markets.
